Why did I create such a website?

​
   As a M.Sc. student in Boğaziçi University, I study geophysical sciences in the Department of Geophysics, Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Research Institute. I am especially focused on Paleomagnetism of the Earth and other planets as well.

​

Strongly influenced by the magnetic field of the Earth , which is the only  planet we can live in for now, we need to understand the behavior of geomagnetic reversals that the Earth had in its process of evolution. Like many other scientists, I am in search of reasons of these reversal events.

I also wonder about the future of our universe that Paleomagnetism may give us some clues on that way.

Therefore, I decided to share some ideas, theories and practice examples -with references of course- that I will learn in my graduate study  with my own efforts.
